The 1990 compilers books have finally started to come back from the printer, enough so I've been able to send out the books for the orders that have arrived so far. The rest of the books should be ready in a few days so I will be able to fill orders as they arrive. The book turned out to be 604 11x8.5" pages, with each page having two side by side page images, i.e. it's like a 1200 page book. There is a table of contents, permuted title index, author and keyword indices. In keeping with the subject matter, the book is printed on recycled paper. It is GBC spiral bound so it lays flat on your desk when you open it up. In case you've lost previous messages about the book, here's a summary of the ordering information: All orders must be prepaid in U.S. dollars. The book costs $40 per copy, plus $2 sales tax for copies delivered in Massachusetts, plus appropriate postage and packaging: Pick up in Cambridge free U.S. surface $3 U.S. priority $5 U.S. Federal Express $20 Canada surface $7 Foreign surface $10 Checks should be payable to my company I.E.C.C. and orders mailed to: I.E.C.C. P.O. Box 349 Cambridge MA 02238-0349 The book has ISBN 0-944954-02-2, and can be ordered through Center Book Publishers, Inc., who gave me the ISBN, under the same terms.
