About The Talk

Computers are changing the way in which animation is produced. The
National Film Board and a number of private companies in Canada and
abroad are turning to computer animation to reduce costs and to increase
quality. The talk will discuss traditional methods of animation and then
look at a variety of ways in which computers can enhance the animator's
skills. Examples of animation produced at the National Film Board will
be shown.
