I am spending the week on a small island off the coast of New Hampshire, so I won't be picking up my mail. I'll catch up on July 12. I'm off to Uniforum, so any compilers submissions will pile up until I get back on Friday or Saturday. My company, Segue Software, is sharing a booth with Interactive Systems of 386/ix fame. Perhaps I'll run into some of you there. -John -- Send compilers articles to ima!compilers or, in a pinch, to Levine@YALE.EDU Plausible paths are { decvax | harvard | yale | bbn}!ima Please send responses to the originator of the message -- I cannot forward mail accidentally sent back to compilers. I'm off on my annual vacation on a small island with only one telephone this week, so any compilers submissions will have to wait until I get back on the 16th. The people who run comp.compilers' home system, ima, are planning to convert ima from a flaky old RT PC to a spiffy new Compaq 386/25 during the week, so if something goes wrong there is a possibility that mail could be lost. Go ahead and submit stuff, but keep a copy just in case. -- Send compilers articles to compilers@ima.isc.com or, perhaps, Levine@YALE.EDU Plausible paths are { decvax | harvard | yale | bbn}!ima Please send responses to the originator of the message -- I cannot forward mail accidentally sent back to compilers. I'm off to beautiful Urbana IL to teach a course this week, so any compilers articles that arrive in the meantime will wait at iecc until I return Friday evening. The computer will be running unattended, so it would be prudent to keep a copy of anything you submit in case an evil daemon eats your message. -- Send compilers articles to compilers@iecc.cambridge.ma.us or {ima | spdcc | world}!iecc!compilers. I will be out of the country this week from 23 Jun - 30 Jun, and again from 4 Jul - 18 Jul. Any messages that arrive here at Compilers Central while I'm away will be posted when I get back on the 30th and 18th respectively. The computer will be running unattended, so although it is usually quite reliable you might want to hold on to a copy of anything you send until you see it posted. The amount of traffic during the summer, particularly fourth of July week, is usually low, so I haven't made alternate moderation arrangements.
