From: cees@uva.UUCP (Cees Bol) Hello world, I read on the news that USENIX publishes an edition of the 4.3BSD manuals. What kind of edition is this? And are these manuals available for USENIX members,EUUG members, students etc...? [ All USENIX members. I'm not sure whether the various EUUG/USENIX reciprocal arrangements include the manuals. Check with the EUUG or USENIX offices. -jsq ] Most important thing is in what "format" are the manuals? Is this A4 format (about 8*11 inch), single sided in big ringbinders or in handy paperback format which are easy to carry with you. [ Double-sided in book-size (about 7.5*9 inch) paperbacks with plastic binders that allow opening flat; the binders are color-coded for easy recognition. All papers have been retypeset and there is a complete index in a separate volume. -jsq ] You will understand that I am looking for such an edition. I have seen such an edition in Holland but they are not available anymore. All BSD manuals seperated in eight little books which are easy carry to your work, school, bar etc.... That's what I like. And for a good price of course.
