[comp.sys.masscomp] Changing uucico WINDOW parameter to 7: how?

Can anyone give a procedure for modifying the uucico binary
on a Masscomp 5600 under RTU 3.1 to change the WINDOW parameter
from 3 to 7?  Many people have done this and demonstrated improved
throughput over bursty channels.  Thanks.
