Hello, Yesterday I became the acting coordinator for the Apollo DOMAIN Users Society's Special Interest Group for Technical Publishing and Office Automation. This means that I have negative two weeks to solicit papers and presentations for our SIG meeting at the National Conference, September 20th to 23rd, in San Francisco. Clark Hill, Apollo's Product Manager for Technical Publishing and I came up with several topic areas for presentations, including the following: o Apollo's Delphi system, o Work-Group productivity: Change Control Document Creation Systems, Project Management software, Decision Support and Office Automation tools, o HyperText, o The X-Windows standard, o Optical Storage for Archive, Backup, and Massive On-line Storage, o Writing in Foreign Languages, o Commercial Publishing and Typesetting, o Document interchange standards, o Multi-media mail systems. So far, only the presentation on Delphi has actually been arranged. Therefore, if you have expertise in one of the above (or other related) areas and would like to make a roughly 15 minute presentation to the SIG, please submit a "Call For Papers" form as soon as possible to: Andrea Woloski c/o Apollo Computer Inc. 330 Billerica Road Chelmsford, PA 01824 Although the form indicates a deadline of July 29th, we will have to be exceptions. If you have any questions that I can help you with, please feel free to e-mail me (shull@wharton.upenn.edu). I am on vacation, so please be patient -- it may take me a couple of days to respond. See you in San Francisco! Chris Shull, Acting Coordinator ADUS Tech Pub & OA SIG Decision Sciences Department shull@wharton.upenn.edu The Wharton School University of Pennsylvania
