We have a DN660.
I wrote a program that displays a rainbow by drawing 8 pixel wide
vertical strips with colors ranging from (HSL color space)
(0, 100, 50) to (360, 100, 50).
Everything with a green component looked a little funny.
So I changed the program to display a continuous tone going from
RGB = (0, 0, 0) to (0, 255, 0) and although i did get a continuous
tone from black to bright green, it appeared a little bit
like corduroy, in that it seemed to have alternating strips of
dark and light.
If I changed it to use red or blue, (0, 0, 0) to (0, 0, 255) etc. it
displyed a smooth a transition from black to red (or blue) as you could
want.
So whats the story with the green ?
Its an 8 plane 660, with a Mits. monitor.
This isn't exactly vital, I'm just curious.
