[comp.sys.apollo] Gmr in multiple windows

While running GMR in one window, I tried to do PAD_$CREATE_WINDOW
and initialize GMR in the second window, and got the error:

Already initialized

Of course it is, but not in this pad. Is GMR limited to
one window per process?
