1) Does anyone know where I can get a relatively complete description
   of the High Sierra standard for CD-ROM's? (ie. where the VTOC is,
   what is it's format, what is the format of a directory entry, etc.)

2) Can anyone give me a pointer to some good GPIO drivers to use as an
   example for writing a device driver for a CD-ROM.
