[comp.sys.apollo] mount, mknod, etc. problems

SR10 has a problem with auto-mounting the "s1" drive when it is put in fstab.
The problem is that the disk doesn't have a corrosponding UNIX device in /dev
and it seems that there is now way to create one. Usually bsd UNIX systems
have a script called MAKEDEV that would allow for this, but Apollo didn't
provide this. mknod doesn't help either without the major and minor device
numbers (not that I would trust this to do the job anyway).
