The syntax used to include derived objects in a C source is essentially the same as Pascal. Maybe what threw you was trying to use the Pascal version of include. For example, #include "$(hi_generate.src).h" will grab an object with the extension .h which was derived from an element (or another build) named hi_generate.src.
