[comp.sys.apollo] Interleaf 4.0 performance on Apollo

I am looking for other apollo people's experience with using 
Interleaf 4.0 (4.0.55). We are using DN3000, DN3500 and 
DN4000 workstations (600+). After we went from Interleaf
3.0 to 4.0, performance was like kicking a wet whale down
the beach. Needless to say we have complaints from every
level of Interleaf user. In some cases, we have found it
takes over 1 minute to open a small document, and also
we are able to type faster than Interleaf can accept input.

We would like any information that could improve this 
situation (more memory, DN1000, etc...). Currently
most of our workstations have 4 meg of memory.
