[comp.sys.apollo] apollo magazines/3rd party info

shi@bonnie.ics.uci.edu (E. Shi) (05/19/89)

...being somewhat new to the apollo environment, i was
wondering if someone could help me out with a couple
    of basic questions.

      1) are there any subscriptions for apollo based users.
ie. in the dec world, there are numerous exmples such
as digital review, dec professional etc
the sun world has the sun observerer.
         what about apollo?

      2) also, how are third party disk drives supported
by apollo? will apollo provide maintenance on them?
         any recommendations.

   thanks,
     ed

Weekly World News, available at most supermarket checkout stands.

Most people don't know that the Michigan Apollo ring viewed from
the air is a secret message for UFOs.

There are two magazines you should get: The Edge and The Ring.

The Edge is put out by Apollo Marketing and is aimed at 3rd party
developers. It has various bits of news and announcements and usually
has an interesting story on some customers doing interesting things.
