We have a serious problem with an application running Dataviews (from VI Corp.) and Ingres (from RTI) on an Apollo DN3550. From time to time the application just stops and will not react to the mouse keys. Background process' from the application continue to run as do any other processes on the machine. It is necessary to kill the process and restart the application. The problem appears to be random and seems to occur on the DN3550 more frequent- ly than the DN4500. Guesses are that the display manager is having a problem with Dataviews or that a stack somewhere is filling up. Has anyone heard of or had this problem? Any ideas on how to track it down? We're stumped and obviously can't release products with this kind of bug.
