[comp.sys.apollo] Apollo C Kermit under SR10.1

What is the status of C-Kermit for Apollo DN3500s running sr10.1?  I
have one compiled (I'm not sure where it came from, but it does seem to
be C-Kermit) that complains
"not a typewriter" when I enter server mode.  When I take the sources
off of columbia and compile them, the make (bsd) fails because it
cannot find a file called "default_acl.h" on my system.  Can someone
help me locate this file or point out the error of my ways?
