I have a bunch of applications running under SR9.7 which use a locally written graphics library which I am trying to port to SR10. The graphics library has been implemented both in GPR and in 2D GMR. I have manage to port the GPR version with only a few problems, but the GMR version contains a lot of text, line-style, and attribute block stuff which was radically changed in the SR10 version of GMR. The GMR manual I have says (in appendix B) that their is a library of routines named "interlude" which I can compile and bind to my applications so that they will still have access to the old-style GMR calls. Unfortunately, the manual doesn't say *where* the file is located. I've done a search for it using "/com/ld -a /install/.../inter?*" and I haven't found it on my SR10.1 authorized area. Does anyone know where I can find a copy of this file? -- David Krowitz krowitz@richter.mit.edu (18.83.0.109) krowitz%richter@eddie.mit.edu krowitz%richter@athena.mit.edu krowitz%richter.mit.edu@mitvma.bitnet (in order of decreasing preference)

Interlude routines were provided in gmr2d v2.0 and v2.1. These releases were pre-sr10. Gmr2d v2.2 was the release to support sr10 and it does not include the interlude routines. In gmr2d v2.0 and v2.1 the interlude routines can be found in the /sys/gmr2d directory. The documentation describing their use is in the following locations: Version 2.0 release notes (009917-A00) on P4-6, section 4.4, interlude routines. _Programming_with_Domain_2D_Graphics_Metafile_Resource_ (005097-A00), Appendix B -- =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Christopher T.
