[comp.sys.apollo] Connecting a LaserWriter to a Apollo

How the &$$%#^% does one connect a Apple LaserWriter to a 4500 (or a 3500)
I it looks like nomatter what I set in the /etc/remotes file the system will
always use the 8th bit while communicating with the LaserWriter.  I can get
a PC to talk to the apollo and the PC to talk to the LaserWriter but
I can't get the Apollo to talk to the LaserWriter.

Please resond with any infomation you have.  (cable pinouts, printcap enteries,
/etc/remote enteries, etc.... )
