Hello Everyone. I am currently running Domain/OS SR10.1 (about to switch to 10.2) under the BSD4.3 and Aegis environments on our Apollo workstations. Up until now, I have been using an SR9.7 node for printing to an Apple LaserWriter. I would like to upgrade the OS on this node and begin using the lpr software for printing (We have other Unix boxes that want to use the LaserWriter connected to the Apollo). Does anyone have the necessary input and/or output filters that lpr needs in order to print on a LaserWriter (or HP LaserJet Series II, or Toshiba 351)? I would like to be able to print ascii files, postscript documents, GPR, and GMF files. I know that it is possible to have the lpr software invoke the Aegis print software. If the above filters are not readily available, I'll have to set it up this way. Thanks in advance for any help, John McCormick jhmccormick@watmath.uwaterloo.ca
