Mr. Wassenaar has raised a large number of issues regarding SR10.1.p
on the DN10000. Let me interrupt his deluge with a few points:
1. The vast majority of Mr. Wassenaar's bugs are known and have been
corrected either on a patch tape or the upcoming release of SR10.2.p.
Please Mr. Wassenaar, order a patch tape.
2. I'm very glad that Mr. Wassenaar did not use SR10.0.p, I would hate
to see his reaction. I had the unfortunate experience of installing
SR10.0.p on a 4 processor DSP10k with no cartridge tape drive over
an ethernet using faulty SR10.1 microcode. BLEAGH. :-)
3. The version of SR10 for 68k machines (be it SR10.0 or SR10.1) has
always been higher quality than the Prism versions. I am hoping
that the discrepancy will be corrected with the release of SR10.2.p.
Just spendin' my days, Leland Ray
