[comp.sys.apollo] chacl function. Does it exist ?

 One may change the mode of a file using the chmod command. There is 
a C function chmod that does the same thing (ie protection for
group user and other). ACL's can be changed using chacl (in sr10.1).
Is there a corresponding function that one may call (in C or F77)  to
change acls of an object ?
