Has anyone out there written the code (that they are willing to share) which would display the name of the file being edited in the icon of a DM edit PAD. We do an awful lot of file editing, often with 10+ files open simultaneously. So, needless to say, we use icons a lot. However, the problem arises in trying to find one particular file once you have 10 icons of edit pads. It seems to me the tricky part of this type of code is to dynamically update the icon font with new characters every time a new icon is created. Since I know nothing about the format of fonts created by edfont, I am at a loss in this area. If anyone has done this, or can give me more info, E-mail me directly or post to this list.
