Hello ! I discovered some // (superroot) oddity on our SR10.1 DN 3000/3500. Here is a script: joerg @ sirius> pwd //wega/user/staff/joerg joerg @ sirius> cd // joerg @ sirius> ls -lg total 8 [...] drwxr-xr-x 1 root wheel 1024 Mar 25 05:46 saturn [...] drwxrwxr-x 1 root wheel 1024 Mar 25 18:43 wega joerg @ sirius> cd saturn joerg @ sirius> pwd //saturn joerg @ sirius> cd .. joerg @ sirius> pwd pwd: getwd: object not found (OS/file server) <- ODDITY ! joerg @ sirius> ls -lg total 8 drwxr-xr-x 1 root wheel 1024 Mar 25 05:42 jupiter [...] drwxr-xr-x 1 root wheel 1024 Mar 25 05:46 saturn [...] drwxrwxr-x 1 root wheel 1024 Mar 25 18:43 wega joerg @ sirius> Is this bug known ? Is there a cure against it ? Salvol does not complain anything to the filesystems in question. There seems to be another relating bug: just after installation of the OS from the AA the link count of the node entry shows up as 2. A salvol run fixed this (it fixed a refcnt error of the object /).
