The NCS global location brokers do require that the clocks on the nodes running /etc/ncs/glbd be kept to within 5 or 10 minutes of each other, but it is not necessary to shutdown the nodes in order to reset the clocks. The Unix "date" command can now be used (on SR10 nodes) to reset the clock without rebooting the machine.
