I've gotten Roque's collection of conversion programs, and I've gotten
GPR2GIF to work under sr9.7, with minor changes, including the removal of
those ampersands, and using 9.7 insert files.

One other difference I noticed is that you can't (under 9.7) do
gpr_$set_bitmap to a read-only bitmap, so you have to allocate a main memory
bitmap, do a gpr_$pixel_blt to it, and then set the bitmap to the main memory
bitmap.

I haven't tried any of the other conversion progs yet, but I figured I'd point
this out. Anyone have a better way to do this?
