I am trying to use the Display manager 'XI' command to print a portion of the monochrome screen. (x,y)dr;(x2,y2)xi -f /tmp/image The output file is then printed to a Mentor Graphics SR7.0 print server a la, iprf /tmp/image -plot However, regardless of whether I have my screen displaying inverse or not, the image printed is always white characters on a black background. Any ideas on how can I reverse this?? -- Danny Wilson danny@idacom.uucp IDACOM Electronics alberta!idacom!danny Edmonton, Alberta X.400 danny@idacom.cs.ubc.cdn C A N A D A Voice +1 403 462 4545

The plot file is probably a GMF monochrome bitmap file. These files do not have color maps in them. You should be able to reverse the meaning of a '1' or '0' in the bitmap file via the standard Apollo switch "-bw". -- David Krowitz krowitz@richter.mit.edu (18.83.0.109) krowitz%richter.mit.edu@eddie.mit.edu krowitz%richter.mit.edu@mitvma.bitnet (in order of decreasing preference)
