Professor Freeman Dyson, of
the Institute for Advanced Study, Princeton,
will lecture on
"Ramanujanology"
on Thursday, November 19, 1987 at 11:00am
in Rm PA105 of the Pharmacy Building, 19 Russell Street.
The lecture will focus on ideas similar in
spirit to those considered by Srinivasa Ramanujan.
The lecture will not be technical and should
be comprehensible to most scientists.
Professor Dyson will also speak on Arms control
on Wednesday, November 18, at 8:00 pm in
the Hart House Theater. He will also give the
Physics Colloquium on Thursday, November 19 at
4:00 pm.
