Does anyone know anything about getting a password checking program for Unix systems? We have just gotten another warning from the MIT campus telecom office that yet another Internet hacker is attempting to break into systems (primarily VMS sites, but who knows what else) using account names and passwords which appear to be taken from a dictionary of default and/or commonly used accounts and passwords.
