[comp.sys.apollo] Subsystem security & sio troubles under 10.2

Hi Netlanders,

Have a couple questions with AEGIS SR10.2:

1.  Has anyone tried subsystem protection? It seems to quit working
    under SR10.2 even though the INPROCESS environment variable is
    set to true.

2.  Is there any other way to unlock the serial devices (i.e /dev/sio1) besides
    running /etc/mkdev while logged in as "root"?
