Hi: We're having SR10.2 printing problems. On the 10.2 machines, every now and then when a user submits a job to the printer he/she receives the message "job queued to printer p" on the screen, but the file isn't printed. Instead the the following message is printed: "ERROR on job number 65 for user" "?(prsvr) Problem opening attribute file - insufficient rights to objects (stream manager/IOS)" "?(prsvr) Problem with print request file user.filename-1" "- insufficient rights to object (stream manager/IOS)" "on 11/9 at 15:48" I usually have to kill and restart the print manager and print server and to fix this problem. Also, I've noticed that there are files in the /sys/print/spooler directory when this problem occurs but not in the /sys/print/queue directory. I've already applied patch 147 which fixes several printing problems. Any suggestions or help is welcome. Thanks James Kwong -- James Kwong Calif.
