[comp.sys.apollo] HP 9000 68040 benchmarks

I am in need of some simple benchmark figures for the HP 9000 model 425t
for a real machine. The numbers quoted by HP are not consistant with
other numbers I have available to me. HP is saying that the 25 Mhz 68040
is 10 times the speed of a DN3500 (on Linpack), ie. 3.5 Mflops. NeXT is
quoting its 25 MHz 68040 NeXT Station as 2.5 Mflops. My measurement of
our DN3500 is 0.25 Mflop double precision or 0.30 Mflop single precision.
A 10X speed up would coincide with the figure NeXT is supplying. Does 
anyone have a 425t in-house by now? Would you be willing to execute
some simple benchmarks for me? I will keep the number confidential, if
you wish.
