A professor here at OSU wants a tektronix emulator for his DN4500. Anybody know where we can get it?

Is there a Tek 4010 emulator that can be used to help port old code to a DN3500 running 10.2? Or that could be used with telnet to at least run a program on another machine? We have X but virtually no experience with it yet; something that runs under DM like vt100 would be best for us. John Campbell jdc@naucse.cse.nau.edu CAMPBELL@NAUVAX.bitnet unix? Sure send me a dozen, all different colors. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- The X-window's xterm will support Tektronix 4014 emulation. I have used it for the SDRC Ideas Package on a mainframe (telnetted in and used the Apollo display in 4014 emulation under X). See the man pages for xterm, or if you use the default .uwmrc (Universal Window Manager) startup file, one of the menus will switch to 4014 emulation. Also, the X-windows doc talks about it briefly. Hope this helps...
