I've made one set of extension cables 100' long and they appear to work. The keyboard extension is a standard 9 conductor shielded cable with DB 9 connectors. I used all 9 conductors because I was unsure of what pins were used. The monitor extensions (for a 1024x800 monitor) consist of 3 equal length video coax cables with BNC connectors. If you have poor contacts on the extensions you can get loss of one or more of the "colors" on the monitor. Unequal lengths also caused video degradation. I used RG59 coax. -jjw waldram@grizzly.uwyo.edu jwaldram@outlaw.uwyo.edu jwaldram@UWYO.BITNET
