[comp.sys.apollo] floppy drive on dn3000

oliveria@caen.engin.umich.edu (ROQUE DONIZETE DE OLIVEIRA) (12/08/90)

I'm having some problems adding a (Mitsubishi) floppy drive to an
apollo dn3000 running sr10.2 .
I wondered if there is any jumper that needs to be removed on this kind
of floppy drive. The floppy drive was installed as it came out of the box, following
the instructions in the "Installing Hardware Options in Your Domain series 3000".
It cannot invol or write data to the floppy diskette. I know the problem is
not the diskette for I've used the same diskette on another floppy drive (from NEC).

It thinks the "whole" floppy is a badspot.
