We have an Apollo DN3500 with version 10.3 of the operating system (I believe). As I monitor the network activity, the Apollo always sends an ICMP "Destination Unreachable" message in response to the broadcast from the router. On most other workstations, I have removed the route daemon so that it does not interfere with routing on its subnet. However, removing the route daemon on the Apollow did not stop the ICMP messages. What is sending these messages? (tcp daemon, perhaps?) How can I get them to stop? The workstation has no business telling anything else on the subnet what is reachable and what isn't.
