We are running SR10.2 on our DN3500 cluster, and would like to use a tape drive on a machine across the network to backup our system b4 we upgrade to SR10.3. Our problem is that the dump program needs to enter the cluster from the remote system as root, and we don't have the ptys set to allow remote root acces to the cluster. Can someone tell me briefly how to do this? The man pages for this are locked away in an office we can't get access to over the christmas break. Thanks in advance!!
