[comp.sys.apollo] Help driving LaserWriter printer

  I am having trouble driving an Apple Laserwriter 2ntx from my DN10000
with SR10.3, configured for BSD, through lpd.  It works great for short files,
but no pages past the header are produced for longer files.  It appears to be
a flow control problem, since if I lower the BAUD, the job is printed normally.
It just takes sooo long.

  Does anyone have this combination running... or any suggestions?  Here
