It appears that changes to my master registry are not being propagated properly to my slave registries. I've just recently totaly rebuilt my glb databases (ie. wiped them out and restarted from scratch) things were working fine for a while and now we've got problems ... Any clues? I've had this probllem too. A work around to force propagation is to put the rgy_admin in maintenance mode and then out of maintenance mode. Someone else may have a better solution.

When you run /etc/ncs/drm_admin do you get clock synch error warnings? This will cause the glbd's to stop updating each other, and will eventually cause the network to fragment into isolated segments which don't talk to each other. -- David Krowitz krowitz@richter.mit.edu (18.83.0.109) krowitz%richter.mit.edu@eddie.mit.edu krowitz%richter.mit.edu@mitvma.bitnet (in order of decreasing preference)
