[net.news.group] Proposal for mod.unix-wizards

sater@tjalk.UUCP (Hans van Staveren) (12/11/84)

Recently the number of articles in net.unix-wizards seems to get out of
hand. No way a wizard with work to do can manage to read them all.

Therefore I propose mod.unix-wizards. I even volunteer as a moderator
but since my net address places me a bit at the end of the world it
might be better if someone more central would do it.

I agree whole-heartedly. The main problem that I see is having a sufficiently
eclectic (sp?) moderator (no matter where in the world) to sift through
the varied topics.
