                      ADUS '91

As the chairman of the System Integration Special Interest Group within ADUS,
I am calling for all those who have performed, are involved with, know about,
have always wanted to do, or know someone else who might have an inkling
about System Integration to come up with a description of a presentation that
they would like to do at this year's ADUS Conference in San Diego.

Presentations for the System Integration SIG may cover any topic whatsoever
that even remotely has to do with putting two or more pieces (software and/or
hardware) together and coming up with something that has not been done on
a daily basis previously on an Apollo or, dare I say it, on an HP system.

Presentations can be anywhere from 5 minutes to an hour in length, and may
incorporate slides, viewgraphs, chalk boards, (computers?!!), etc.

All levels of presentation subject matter will be considered, ranging from
nitty gritty details at the hardware or software level to "grand designs"
put together to solve multi-million dollar problems. One talk that I am
definitely soliciting is how to get an HP-UX machine to work "cleanly" within
a Domain environment, and vice versa!

Papers may be sent via e-mail to me at lampi@seattle.UUCP or to Carol Relph
at relph_c@apollo.com or relph_c@apollo.hp.com, or to Andrea Woloski at
woloski_a@apollo.com or woloski_a@apollo.hp.com. If you would prefer,
you may fax papers to me at (206) 883-2676, or to ADUS at (508) 256-7169.
Finally, if you would rather mail them, my address is:
    R Squared
    16770 NE 79th Street
    Suite 106
    Redmond, WA 98052

or to ADUS
      300 Apollo Drive
      CHF 02 ADUS
      Chelmsford, MA 01824

People who give presentations at ADUS get a great discount on conference
fees!

Deadline for submissions of abstracts is June 10, 1991.
