Newsgroups: comp.sys.apollo Subject: ADUS/91 Universities SIG Call For Papers Summary: We want *Your* Presentation at ADUS! Keywords: ADUS, universities, presentations ADUS/91 UNIVERSITY SIG CALL FOR PAPERS As the chairman of the Universities Special Interest Group within ADUS, I am calling (i.e. begging) for ANYBODY who has ANYTHING related to using Apollos in a University setting to give a presentation at this year's ADUS Conference in San Diego (August 4-8, 1991). I realize that many (most?) of us who use HPollos in universities actually have our own areas of specialization that are covered by other ADUS SIGs, but I am hoping that at least a few presentations can be found for our SIG! All levels of presentation and/or subject matter will be considered; if in doubt, call/e-mail one of the organizers list below. Note that we are very flexible, and if your talk would fit better in another SIG, we'll redirect it there. Presentations can be anywhere from 5 minutes to an hour in length, and may incorporate slides, viewgraphs, etc. Make sure you tell us what you need. Papers may be sent via e-mail to me at system@alchemy.chem.utoronto.ca or (better probably) to Andrea Woloski at woloski_a@apollo.com or woloski_a@apollo.hp.com. If you would prefer, you may fax papers to me at (416) 978-8775, or to ADUS at (508) 256-7169. Finally, if you would rather mail them, my address is: Department of Chemistry, University of Toronto, 80 St. George St., Toronto, Ontario, Canada M5S 1A1 or to: ADUS, 300 Apollo Drive, CHF 02 ADUS, Chelmsford, MA 01824 People who give presentations at ADUS get a great discount on conference fees! Deadline for submissions of abstracts is June 10, 1991. There is a "Call for Papers" form in the ADUS Conference package you have received / will be receiving - please use it! (Thanks to Michael Lampi of R Squared, Redmond, WA, for letting me "borrow" his call for papers.) -- Mike Peterson, System Administrator, U/Toronto Department of Chemistry E-mail: system@alchemy.chem.utoronto.ca Tel: (416) 978-7094 Fax: (416) 978-8775
