I'm in the process of trying to come up with a way to use DSEE and Interleaf together. The DSEE software is in a Domain OS and the Interleaf in a HP/Ux environment. I'm wondering if anyone out there has ever worked with the two before. If so, what was the process? At present, I am considering mounting the necessary directories from the Apollo/Domain to the HP/Ux using NFS. I think that this way will allow me to maintain the libraries as books. I'd like to know if anyone has ever used DSEE and Interleaf and maintained the entire file structure of Interleaf? Please send the answers email: tboone@fwhnm0d.fwrdc.rtsg.mot.com -thanks in advance for the responses.

There is something in my (albeit very old) NFS installation manual that says it does not work well with DSEE. I believe the problem had to do with the fact that NFS only knows about files and directories and gets confused about all those other wonderful objects a Domain File System can have. -- Paul Goldsmith <goldfish@concour.cs.concordia.ca> (514) 848-3031 (Shirley Maclaine told me there would be LIFETIMES like this) the future isn't what it used to be; and possibly, never was (ao)
