Sounds like you have a disk going bad...  Back that sucker up
QUICK! Then run a salvol all blocks all files and ask for as much
information as possible (verbose or statistics).  You might want
to do it with the node booted diskless so that you can run salvol
in a pad so you won't lose any output...  Hopefully, salvol will
encounter the same error and tell you what diskblock is bad and
what file has that disk block allocated...  If it does, then add
the block to the bad-spot list with invol and salvol again...

If not...  Then you may just have to wait until the node won't
boot up at all...
