A bit of caution for those who are about to install PSK8. You must run the install using 10.3. It is not sufficient to load PSK8 on top of a 10.3 volume. For example, if you have 10.3 installed on node A, you cannot reboot A diskless from a 10.2 node to do the install. You must boot it 10.3. I fully understand that PSK8 must be installed on top of 10.3, not 10.2. However, the install fails after reading the destination volume's baseline file which has the 10.3 install record. IMHO, it shouldn't matter if you are using 10.2 or 10.3 for the install provided the destination is a 10.3 volume. -- Dick Harrigill, an independent voice from: Boeing Commercial Airplanes M/S 9R-49 PO BOX 3707 Renton Avionics/Flight Systems Seattle, WA 91824 Computing Support (206) 393-9539 rfh3273@galileo.rtn.ca.boeing.com
