Various groups within HP/Apollo which are responsible for providing "user support" will be repesented at the upcoming ADUS conference, inluding the Chelmsford Response Center people, HPSL people, etc. Each of these groups will have a "booth" at the conference at which individual users may directly query/confront/praise their services. The Chelmsford Response Center people in particular are also interested in holding a group meeting to address questions that might be common to many users. They have asked me to solicit ideas from comp.sys.apollo readers about what they think would be useful topics for discussion. The Response Center people would like to clarify that the latest "Open Letter" is already known to them. They also ask that personal "war stories" about HP/Apollo equipment/services/etc. be dealt with in a personal manner at the Response Center booth, unless you feel your problem is shared by a larger group of users (as I expect some are). You may respond to me directly (librarian@adus.ecn.uiowa.edu), or post msgs here (to encourage open discussion).
