[comp.sys.apollo] Porting Open Dialog to the RS6000

I am considering porting Open Dialog to the RS6000. Can anyone offer the
benefit of experience?

    - which C++ for the RS6000
    - what settings for pre-processor macros
    - was it a success or failure
    - any problems or traps
    - time required
