I am running 10.1 on a network and I have a floppy drive on a DN3000. I can wbak/rbak to the the floppy fine. I can't get the BSD tar to either write to the floppy or read floppies created on other systems (ie Xenix). I've tried tar cvf /dev/fl0a file tar cvf /dev/rfl0a file tar cvf /dev/dsk/F0d0s1 file tar cvf /dev/rdsk/F0d0s1 file In each case, the floppy drive clicks and spins for a few seconds then I get a message "I/O Error" with no specifics.
