Sorry to all involved, but yesterday when I sent out the reply about the
PC compiler, I was talking to a friend about sources at Ohio State and
inadvertantly put that in my article instead of Purdue. It was the folks
at Purdue that did most of the work on PC and I'm really sorry for the
confusion.
(I grew up about 30 miles from the Purdue campus!!)
