I'm trying to port a source level debugger to DYNIX30 which requires the format of the core file. According to the man pages and my experimentation, the text is not included in the core file. Is this indeed the case? (I was under the impression that the text was included) or must it use the executable? Also, I need some sort of stack frame structure (sys/frame.h under SunOS). Is something like this available? On other thing (for the moment) is there a high level library routine to access machine reqisters? I notice some mention to them in the h files.
