Our 90x's Wyse 300 console terminal suddenly turned bright blue and it was diagnosed by the local terminal wizard as a dead color gun. The Wyse 300 is being sent to Wyse for repair, but it raises several questions: 1. What do other sites do when they lose their consoles? 2. Is there a good choice for replacements/backup consoles? 3. We sell and support Pyramid product in Canada. An effective back-up console
is the Ampex 230+ emulating a Wyse 50. Other brands emulating Wyse-50 should
also work. We sell Ampex tubes too ;-)
