SYSTEMS SEMINAR - Friday, December 9, 11:00 a.m. in Room SF 1102 (SF = Sandford Fleming Building, 10 King's College Road) Dongqi Cao Software Research Institute Acedamia Sinica "Computer Networks Development in China" This talk gives an overview of the research and development of computer networks in China. We will describe the PCN (public communication net- work), WAN (wide area network), LAN (local area network), and the activi- ties at their sites and related research institutions.
